ZipperShipper's owner put it simply after launch: "We have not missed Cart.com for even a second today." The store now runs on a platform the team fully controls. No code edits needed to add, remove, or change any custom functionality.

ZipperShipper is the largest zipper store and manufacturer in Denver, CO, serving customers across the U.S. with both wholesale and individual orders. Their goal was to become the largest zipper supplier in the country. Their old platform, Cart.com, was outdated and rigid, limiting growth and causing performance and management issues. They had scaled beyond what the platform could support.

76,582 Sessions (↑6.5K%)

$144,216 Total Sales (↑4%)

3,572 Total Orders (↑49%)

3.42% Conversion Rate

We started with a UX/UI audit, deep-diving into their analytics, metrics, and competitors. The findings mapped the full customer journey and pinpointed problem areas, including ones the client wasn't aware of. That audit became the foundation for every decision that followed.

Seamless design.
Unforgettable impact.
Ready to unzip.

We migrated all existing customer accounts from Cart.com to Shopify. After reviewing the management process with the client, we handed over the keys and provided a 90-day window to address any bugs as a guarantee of the work.
